Founded in 2022, we offer home care and maintenance services for all, providing personalised administrative and health care Across Australia. We do our best to provide affordable solutions and take care to respect your privacy and preferences.
SERVICES WE OFFER
SUPPORT GROUPS
Chance Disability Services offer support groups for people with a disability or other personal need, and for those who are supporting a loved one with a disability. For more information on our support groups.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
Chance Disability Services community access support service, assists people to participate in their local community. Community participation activities include catching up with friends, joining a sports team or persuing.
MEAL PREPARATION
Chance Disability Services provides meal preparation services that assist with planning, preparing, and enjoying delicious, nutritious meals, monitoring and stocking well-organized pantries, and grocery shopping
COMPLEX CARE & SILL
With Chance Disability Services, around the clock support is available for people with complex care, SIL (Supported Independent Living), or multiple support needs.
PERSONAL CARE
Chance Disability Services provides personal care services throughout Victoria. Assisting those who need extra support due to age, disability, accident, or illness.
DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE
Chance Disability Services provide domestic assistance services across Victoria. Our domestic assistance includes supporting people.
